Remote support
How remote support works:-
1. Contact us by telephone or by email to report a problem and arrange an appointment.
2. Download the application from here, run the software and provide me with the user ID and password that it generates for you.
3. I will then be connected and will let you know if the fault can be repaired remotely if so you will then be asked to pay via paypal if you wish to proceed with the repair.
4. Sit back and watch your pc be repaired. Once finished I will disconnect and I wont be able to connect again until you provide me with another generated password. This is 100% safe and secure.
My remote support is affordable and can be conveniently carried out at a time to suite you. Repairs can only be carried out if you have a working internet connection. Here are a list of a few of the common problems that I can repair remotely:

Fault Fix - Payment is only required once the fault can be determined and if it is repairable by remote support.
Health Check - Payment is required once connection has been established between the two computers.
